The community is invited to take part in the Union River Estuary Clean-Up, a hands-on effort to remove large washed-up docks, lumber, metal, plastic debris, and other pollutants from the estuary. This environmental restoration event is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in protecting local ecosystems.

📍 Location: Union River Estuary, near the Salmon Center

Volunteers are encouraged to dress for the weather and bring:
✔️ Water
✔️ Gloves
✔️ Work boots

All collected debris will be placed in a large dumpster to ensure proper disposal. Parking is available near the estuary trail in front of the Salmon Center or at the barn further down the road.

This is a chance to give back to nature, connect with fellow conservationists, and help restore the beauty of the estuary.
