After the success of last year’s seafood chowder contest, it’s happening again! Located in one of the best regions for fresh seafood, this event is the perfect way to celebrate local flavors. For those who prefer a plant-based option, a special vegan chowder will also be available—ensuring everyone can take part in the fun.

Participants can enter by bringing their best chowder, while spectators will have the important role of serving as judges. Up to 20 contestants will be accepted.

⏰ Time: 12 PM – until the chowder runs out
📍 Location: Cove RV Park, Pavilion

Chowder Guidelines:

• Must include at least one type of seafood

• Must be prepared in advance and brought in a crockpot or similar container to keep it warm

Those interested in entering can sign up by calling, sending a message on Facebook, or visiting the store in person. The top three winners will take home a trophy—and, of course, ultimate bragging rights!
