The Rachel Corrie Foundation for Peace and Justice and Palestine Action of South Sound (PASS) invite the public to a powerful evening of education and testimony featuring Dr. Mimi Syed, a local emergency medicine physician who recently served in Gaza.

Dr. Syed will share personal accounts from her two medical missions in Gaza, where she served in al-Aqsa and Nasser Hospitals during the ongoing conflict. Her talk will focus on the devastating effects of war on Gaza’s children, the targeting of healthcare workers and facilities, and the urgent lack of basic resources.
The evening will begin with an introduction from Dr. Emily Antoon-Walsh, a pediatrician and advocate with the Institute for Understanding Anti-Palestinian Racism. A Q&A session will follow the presentations.
