Treasure Island Beach House
Enjoy this special Puget Sound waterfront getaway just a mile and a half around Treasure Island on the quiet road. No boat needed to get on the island. Cross the one lane bridge and you're there! The full house offers three bedrooms plus a loft, and three bathrooms over 3 levels.
The main floor has a large entry, which opens to a beautiful living room featuring three walls of windows capturing the stunning water view and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area not only has views, but a large dining table seating 8 comfortably. The kitchen is off the dining and living area and has an island with 3 stools. The kitchen is filly equipped with dishes, serving ware and cooking supplies. There is also a propane BBQ on the patio. The lower floor has three bedrooms, a living area, a remodeled bathroom with shower and access to the lower patio. Two bedrooms have queen beds and TV’s and perfect water views. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed, and modified twin bed in the closet (a bit shorter than a twin). There is also a living area downstairs – perfect for the kids to hang out and play games or watch TV. The upstairs loft (3rd, top floor) overlooks the downstairs. There is a little bit of play space, plus a “fort” style queen floor mattress with curtains for privacy.
The front of the house has a play structure for the little ones, a basketball hoop, and even an outdoor ping pong table! Although you will find plenty to do on the shore with 5(!) kayaks included, beach out front and new hot tub, the house includes high speed WiFi connection. as well as four TV’s have YouTubeTV (live TV, like cable), or stream your own content over the apps. The house sleeps 10, but 8 adults max please. $10/person/night beyond 6 guests including children.
