McMicken View Cabin on Harstine

 

Cabin located on Harstine Island with beach access 30’ from the front door and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Puget Sound, Mt. Rainier and McMicken Island (check out Craig Romano’s trail report). Enjoy sunrises from bed in the loft bedroom or from the jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom. Down stairs you can experience the view from the dinning and living rooms or the front lawn in the fresh salt air. You might be surprised with a visit from a soaring eagle hunting for breakfast or a playful sea otter.

This is the perfect peaceful setting for relaxing and enhancing your relationship with a spouse or your loved ones. You can also enjoy the many activities this area provides. Just a 15 minute walk down the beach to McMicken Island State Park where you can spy an eagle's nest atop the old growth fir trees or explore the beach and dig butter clams for dinner. Just a 15 minute drive to Spencer Lake where there is a restaurant, antique shop , gas and groceries as well as a bakery with wine tasting. There are several state parks here on the island including Jarrell Cove State Park.
