The Magic of Hood Canal in a Small, Private Cabin

The Space

A perfect get-a-way for two adults (no children, sorry) in a small cottage with water and mountain views from the deck. This is a very small private space with everything you need to be comfortable, and is really only appropriate for two adults. Note that there is a concrete sidewalk and stepping pads on a slope that may be difficult for some guests (anyone with limited mobility). Fold out double sofa-bed with memory foam topper, kitchenette, shower and flush toilet. However, be informed that because of the small space there is no sink in the bathroom; the sink in the kitchenette is adequate and has an extendable two sided mirror for shaving, make-up, etc. Your bedding is in the trunk in front of the sofa bed. After you take out what you need (there are two eiderdown quilts and a top sheet in there; the bottom sheet is already on the mattress), you will need to scoot the trunk under the big table to make room for the bed when you open it.

Great restaurants, hiking, kayaking and outdoor activities abound. BBQ, beach access and WiFi. There's a lot to do locally, but if rest and quiet relaxation are what you need, this is also the place.
