Cookbook Launch for Xinh's Volume 1 Reprint

Our chef, Xinh Dwelley, first published Pacific Coastal Flavors in 2019. This volume has many of her customers favorites from Xinh’s Clam and Oyster House in Shelton. The book quickly sold out and only her second volume has been available since 2022. We are honored to host the relaunch of volume 1 — with many new recipes including most of the favorites at the Fjord Oyster Bank. Coincidentally (it is it?) it is also Xinh’s birthday so be sure to stop by, try a selection of appetizers, and wish Xinh well as she embarks on another journey around the sun!
