Cody Morris, head brewer and founder of Potlatch Brewing Company, is creating a special beer for Fjordin. The Scandinavian Farmhouse Ale uses a traditional recipe and Kviek yeast from Scandinavian.

Advance registration for Paddle the Canal, and Fjordin merchandise, t-shirts, bandanas, stickers and Fjordin cups will be available.

Potlatch will be serving the new beer release as well as many of their other unique brews as well as charcuterie with Scandinavian treats. The Fjord Oyster Bank will be serving grilled oyster with a Scandinavian Dill Root topping designed for Fjordin Crossin by Chef Xinh Dwelley as well as Xinh’s famous clam chowder.
